My strength is the development of effective-functional interaction of many different parts, areas and aspects inside and outside of companies, organisations, institutions, etc. their bodies and corporations as well as the environment and co-environment, in order to generate balance, success and sustainable growth, in order to create a future worth living in or even to make it possible in the first place.

This includes, among other things, a comprehensive as well as forward-looking view, the consideration as well as understanding and evaluation in a holistic manner, taking into account the respective effects, impacts and consequences as a whole and , f.e., of an activity, decision, action or measure, as well as a healthy degree of risk awareness. Preparation for exceptional situations as well as a professionalised emergency and crisis management are indispensable in today's world in order to be able to even think about tomorrow! And with all this, a truly functioning and effective circular economy as well as sustainability must finally be developed, established, maintained and constantly improved!

To this end, it would make sense to begin with the creation and implementation of a truly functionaland viable concept and design for f.e. the energy turnaround, which does not yet exist worldwide or is not permitted in development but all need.

I have been working professionally with the challenges of public and private economic organisations. My focus is on the holistic sustainable development of companies, organisations, corporate bodies and their corporations as well as groups and institutions.

I do not stop at the organisational boundaries, but rather find and use the hidden potential at interfaces, taking into account the environment and co-environment, goals / aims / targets, structure as well as the different culture

I am pleased to work with supervisory boards, supervisory bodies, as well as operationally with executive and management board, board of directors and executives as well as professionals and employees of small, medium and large enterprises (SMEs) as well as family businesses and corporations also with state institutions ‒ independent of sector and area ‒ in order to assist all in aligning, securing and future-proofing companies, corporate bodies and organisations, to act as a sparring partner and advisor and to support them.

holistic way of thinking and acting, as strongly sustainable as possible, not only brings yield and profit, but also reduces costs and time needed and increases plannability and security. However, something has to be done for this - decision, action, overview, perseverance, development, ...  

Emergency and crisis management, operational capability and resilience, quality and information security, business continuity, corporate social responsibility as well as ESG, SDGs, CSR, BCMS, ITSCM, ISMS, IRBC, TQMS, risk and  compliance, governance, goal and  target definition as well as strategy, corporate and organisational alignment and goal-oriented control etc. etc. are not separate topics, tasks and areas but play together. The better this is done, the less loss there is and the higher the motivation, innovative strength, loyalty, honesty, togetherness, genuine teamwork as well as efficiency and effectiveness, along with all the positive aspects such as the reduction of rework and rejects and the increase in profits and earnings.

  • Data is one thing, BUT the really interesting part is the ORGANISATION, the business and corporate organisation and its management systems WITH all its DATA & INFORMATION. Here there are always and at any time BIG problems and challenges; this is where failure always starts -- Let's change that together!
